Today, the company I’ve cherished working for conducted mass layoffs. Losing your job stings, especially when you’re passionate about your work. Yet, I believe there’s a greater plan at play. This setback will forge me into a stronger, more resilient individual.
When faced with doubt, it’s crucial to step back and gain perspective: God always has a plan. The challenges I face today will fade into distant memories a decade from now. Embracing stoicism doesn’t mean suppressing emotions; rather, it’s about acknowledging them, then pressing forward with determination.
As the sun rises tomorrow, it brings new opportunities. I’m profoundly grateful for my health, the unwavering support of my loved ones, and the comfort of being back in Jacksonville, surrounded by family. Onwards!
